REFormer + Fitness classes

Reformer Pilates

We offer a perfect blend of classical + contemporary Pilates! Our REFORMER classes are rooted in the classical work, and also include a modern approach to training! The Reformer produces a low-impact workout while activating muscles throughout the entire body! Our athletic + modern classes will improve core strength, stability, balance, flexibility, posture, body awareness and build muscle. 

50 minutes- Grip Socks Required

*NEW clients must complete an INTRO Reformer session prior to joining a small group Reformer class.

Our group reformer classes are not suitable for those with injuries.

INTRO Reformer

*Clients must complete an INTRO Reformer session prior to joining a small group Reformer class.

New to Reformer Pilates? This 30 minute introductory class is for you! INTRO will cover the basics and allow you to familiarize yourself with some standard reformer exercises. You will learn how to set-up +  adjust the Reformer, and review safety techniques.

30 minutes- Grip Socks Required

Sculpt

Sculpt classes honor the fundamentals of mat Pilates! We focus on building a strong core and a balanced body. Movements are done on a mat, and are controlled through proper breathing and mind-muscle connection. These bodyweight exercises increase strength and flexibility. Resistance bands, rings, and small weights make this modern fusion FITNESS class fun and fresh! This group class is great for beginners to advanced levels. 

45 minutes - Barefoot or Grip Socks


Offered at both our Quartz Hill + San Diego locations.

Barre

This group FITNESS class utilizes the barre to strengthen and tone! We combine bodyweight exercises and props such as gliders, resistance bands, and Pilates balls to build endurance and increase muscle stamina. This fun, high-energy class will have your muscles shaking and your body sweating! Barre is a low-impact workout and is suitable for all fitness levels. 

45 minutes - Barefoot or Grip Socks

Barre BOX

Barre BOX combines our signature Barre class with fitness Kickboxing.  The blend of these 2 formats creates the ultimate power packed FITNESS class. Barre BOX incorporates small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, with large full range of motion movements.  

This group class is great for beginners to advanced levels. 

45 minutes - Barefoot or Grip Socks

BIIT

Barre Intensity Interval Training fuses Barre, Pilates, and Functional Fitness Training. BIIT combines signature barre movements with timed strength and cardio intervals. This FITNESS class is low-impact, but high- intensity! BIIT is suitable for all fitness levels.

45 minutes- Barefoot or Grip Socks

Power

While incorporating the main principles of Pilates (control, breath, alignment, mind-muscle connection), our high- intensity Power class utilizes weights to take our strength training to the next level.  We run through circuits of full body strength exercises and quick cardio bursts to elevate the heart rate. This power-packed FITNESS class will increase your metabolism and 

leave you feeling strong!

45 minutes - Shoes Required

Yoga

Our SLOW FLOW Yoga class focuses on linking breath with movement to cultivate a deep sense of awareness. Slow Flow Yoga will relieve tension from the body as you move mindfully throughout the practice. All levels are welcome to join and modifications will be available.

45 minutes- Barefoot or Grip Socks

Private Sessions

1 on 1 training is great for those new to Pilates AND for experienced clients. You'll receive custom workouts tailored to your body and your needs. This is the best way to be introduced into Pilates OR to move onto advanced level exercises. We can't wait to train with you!

Reformer ALIGN

Reformer ALIGN classes are taught by our Student Teachers in Training. ALIGN teaches reformer fundamentals + basic principles of Pilates : control, balance, coordination, mind-muscle connection, and stamina.
